No setup fee, no minimum term, thirty days’ notice. As many pages as you need. If you leave, the site is yours. Any other web person can pick it up and carry on. Bring your own domain and that is the whole price.

Somewhere like that will test a site on a cheap phone with bad signal before it goes live, because they lose money if they do not. Your site gets tested the same way.
